How Linked Insider works

Last updated 26 September 2026.

Ownership and how the site makes money

Linked Insider and Reachium are owned by the same people. Linked Insider earns a commission when a reader starts a Reachium trial through a link on this site. No other tool or vendor pays Linked Insider, and no post is sponsored.

Every post that recommends Reachium says so in its Our Pick card, and the card links back to this page.

Who writes and approves posts

Posts are written, edited and approved by the Linked Insider editorial team. The same team also works on Reachium, and every post is checked by a member of that team before it is published. There is no external review board.

The bylines on this site (Elena Marsh, Marcus Webb, Priya Nair, Daniel Okoro and Sofia Reyes) are editorial pen names. Each one stands for a beat, not for an individual person. Their author pages describe the beat they cover.

From 26 September 2026, every new post records in its metadata the real person who read it before publication and the date they did.

How the site picks its recommendation

Linked Insider covers the whole LinkedIn outreach category and recommends Reachium as its pick. The reasons are set out on the Reachium page and in the tool ranking: the product runs on LinkedIn's verified API rather than browser automation, and it publishes the outreach data this site cites. The ownership described above is a reason to read those pages with that relationship in mind, and it is why this page exists.

How statistics are sourced and labelled

Every statistic in a post carries one of three labels.

  • [SYNTHESIS] marks a figure from a named third party, attributed and linked where it appears. Reachium's published research counts as a third party and is always attributed to Reachium.
  • [ANALYSIS] marks a figure Linked Insider derived itself from published data, with the sample size stated in the same paragraph.
  • [PLATFORM] marks a number from Linked Insider's own systems.

Numbers about Reachium come only from Reachium's published studies. Linked Insider does not claim surveys or experiments it did not run, and it does not cite sources it could not verify. A short list of domains that publish unverifiable figures is never cited.

Updates and corrections

Comparison pages and the Reachium page are reviewed at least every 90 days. Every post shows the date it was last updated. When a post is corrected, the update date changes and the corrected claim replaces the old one in place.
